All prices in our store include VAT. Orders are always handled in strict order of receipt.
If an ordered product is out of stock, we will contact the customer to agree on the new shipping terms. At this time the customer can decide whether to continue or cancel the order.

Shipping & Returns

We work with the best transport agencies (Fedex, Correos Express, ASM, Nacex, Seur, Mrw, etc.) guaranteeing that our shipments will always reach customers with the maximum guarantees in transport.

o Balearic Islands rate: 11.95 euros
o Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla Flat Rate: 14.95 euros

If the total shipment exceeds 100 euros, the shipping costs will be free.
The cost of returns shipments will be borne by the customer.
You also have the possibility to collect your order in our store and save on shipping costs.

At the time of payment confirmation, your order will be processed and sent within a maximum period of 3 working days.
 
Guarantees and returns
All our shipments include a Full Risk Insurance against losses, breakages or anomalies that may affect the package during transport. It is very important that when your order is delivered, you check that the package is not torn, stained or open, in which case you should not accept it. In this case, indicate the reason on the delivery note that the courier will provide and contact us to inform us and send you a new shipment.
The customer should know that, in the event of a return, the cost of shipping must be borne by the customer.
Boutique Triángulo only offers quality products, ORIGINAL and endorsed by top-level commercial firms. The reception of the products sent and the handling of these to prepare the shipments is done following a strict quality procedure. 
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification, but it is necessary that you notify us that you want the return within 48 hours from the receipt of your order.
The items must be in perfect condition, in their original and unused packaging (stocks will be examined for possible stains, odors, scratches ...), with all intact labels and accessories included where appropriate. It is understood, in any case, that the use should not go beyond the mere checking and testing of the product. Therefore, used, stained and / or damaged items after ordinary use will not be refunded. The item must be returned using the same protective cardboard box and with the same protections in which it was received, and it must be packaged in a similar way as you received it, and must be insured by the transport company of your choice.
 If the item does not arrive in perfect condition, it will not be refunded.
You must enter your return form in the package or if you do not have it, your order form.
The expenses related to the return of the product will be borne by the customer.
So that the amount of the product price will be reimbursed without shipping costs, (if these had been included in the final price).
All shipments that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and not reimbursed.
Only one modification or return is allowed per order, that is, if you return 2 garments, you must do so at the same time, not separately.
Before making said return, the customer must contact our sales department through the e-mail ventas@boutiquetriangulo.com or by phone 914636410 where we will indicate how to proceed with the return. No refund will be made that has not been previously communicated.
Size changes are not accepted. In any case, you would have to process the return as indicated above and reorder with the new size.

Defective product of origin
The return is guaranteed. Once we receive the defective product, we will proceed to repair, replace, lower the price or terminate the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
Product that, by mistake, does not respond to the order:
Boutique Triángulo will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the order placed.
 
Product for a gift
The product can be changed as long as it is unopened and is kept in perfect condition. The amount of the purchase will never be refunded but the exchange can be made for an item of the same or higher amount. Shipping costs and the price difference, if any, will be borne by the person making the change.

All item images are property of Boutique Triángulo. There may be a slight difference between the color of the image and the actual color of the item due to the quality of the photo or the resolution and settings of electronic devices.
